Season of Pumpkin Spice
October 22, 2015

Honestly, I had pumpkin spice once so far and it was aiight. I still love my caramel frappuccino and Starbucks is not convenient enough to go to these days even though I live really close to three of them. Anywaaaaaays, helloooooooooo autumn~~~

My boyfriend, his siblings, and I visited our school’s pumpkin patch this past Sunday. The lines were ridiculously long throughout the weekend and after waiting in line for 5 minutes to purchase an admissions ticket, the people in charge decided to let everyone go in for free. There were so many pumpkins left over on the field annnnnnd even to this day (Thursday), there are still a bunch of pumpkins on the field. Are they free nowI didn’t buy a pumpkin from the event but on the other hand, my boyfriend’s little brother did.

The pumpkins were cool but the corn maze was cooler (in comparison at least). Who needs to be on a quest to find the most flawless pumpkin when you can get lost in a maze full of non-edible corn? I went there once with my boyfriend a couple of years ago and we ended up getting out through a self-made exit. At least we found the actual exit this time around, yaaaaay.

All of this means fall is kicking in! Or at least the seasonal goodies are kicking in. It’s a bit hard to believe because it has been pretty hot out here in SoCal. When can I wear my leather jacket and boots with ease again?

I love pumpkin patches and hope to go to one again soon. The weather in Texas is getting cooler despite the hell storm of rain that is happening this week and next. Argh.

But lovely pictures! Yeah, I’m no fan of Pumpkin spice either.

Wait, what? Those corns are not edible? O_o

Those are a lot of pumpkins! How much were they selling it for? XD

The corn maze looks neat! I actually never been in one . . . I’ve been in plenty of rice paddies, but not a corn maze!

Love your photos! I love how you’re posing with that corn like a sword! XD The shot of your boyfriend is also neat! And the flower shot — pretty! ^^

I think these corn are made for cattle/livestock feed. All pumpkins are $5 each :D. I think it’s a bit more expensive but I guess people like the experience of having kids run around and pick a pumpkin that way.

That’s nice that they let everyone in for free! Man, that’s sooo many pumpkins. It’s been so long since I was last at a pumpkin patch, but I remember that it was fun to pick out my own pumpkin. I’ve never been in a corn maze though! I already get lost outside of mazes, so I’d probably get horrible lost while in one, haha. That looks fun!

That looks so awesome! I’ve never been to a pumpkin patch before, so I’ve never seen so many pumpkins in one place. I wonder how much they cost!

      They’re $5 each :).
