Commencement is less than three weeks away! These past few weeks flew by pretty quick, probably due to the fact that I’m keeping myself pretty busy. I’m currently in the process of wrapping up my senior project and vice president role. I am thankful for the blessings I have and the people who are making a positive impact in my life~

Here’s what I have been up to in the recent weeks!

  • Started working 20 hours per week. I’m usually done with my IT tasks pretty quick, so the managers send me to assist the engineering and purchasing departments.
  • Loving Whole Foods market more and more each week!
  • Hello banquet season.
  • Bought a mango cake for Mother’s Day.
  • Started going to the gym at least 4 times a week since the beginning of the quarter.
  • Gained an addiction for Starbucks Caramel Macchiato (thank goodness for a grocery store version).
  • Feeding my boyfriend’s Star Wars Lego addiction.
  • Completed my graduation outfit! Ended up buying a dress and pair of pumps from Banana Republic.
  • Booked a graduation portrait photoshoot!
  • (Graduation can be pretty e$x$p$e$n$s$i$v$e).
  • Picked up my Magna Cum Laude cords! So excited!
  • Crawfish and shrimp dinner date last night ❤️.
  • Thankful for Tara’s graduation gift.
  • Helped Chynna plan her LA trip!
  • Latest DIY Recipe: Beef jerkyyy.
  • Bought a Disneyland annual pass with boyfriend ✨.

Don’t mind me using my cat as a photo prop~

PS. Ask some questions for my upcoming Q&A post ;).

Magna cum laude?! Congrats, girl! Holy cow, that’s grand, graduating with honours! And yes, graduation is expensive if you go for all the bells and whistles. In a way, I’m glad mine wasn’t that expensive.

I can’t wait to see your graduation outfit! I’m really curious to see what you put together! I know it will look awesome, but I still want to see 😀 You’re welcome for the gift! <3

Yay for the annual pass to Disney. It seems like it's a good graduation gift to you two! Woot for also getting healthier by going to the gym four times a week.

Anyway, good luck with the rest of your final quarter! I look forward to your blog post about your commencement ceremony! ^^

A Disneyland annual pass sounds like a worth while investment!

I know what you mean about the expense of graduation. Hiring a cap and gown wasn’t cheap, and the photographs were a rip off. Especially because the photographer I ended up with was rubbish and my eyes were closed on nearly every shot. I’m gutted because my graduation photos look awful, and it’s not really something I can fix. 🙁

You are so close to graduation!! 😀 *celebrates* Best of luck wrapping up all your projects and different roles – enjoy these last few weeks!

I’m excited to see the outfit you will put together for graduation. Your dresses are always so cute! And congrats on Magna Cum Laude!! That is a great accomplishment – you should be super proud!

I wonder if I should have booked a photo shoot for my graduation. They hired photographers for the event, but all of my pictures were awful. My cap wouldn’t stay on my head, so in almost all of them, it was really lopsided. So I didn’t purchase any of them. XD Maybe I should have used bobby pins haha.

LOL. I love that you used your cat as a prop. XD

Wow, graduation is so soon! Good luck with your remaining school work! Sounds like you’re keeping yourself busy with work hours too!

Yum, that mango cake looks really good. Mango is one of my favorite flavors. That’s also great that you’re going to the gym more. I’m trying to stick to my routine of running or working out every day. Some days it’s tough, but then it always feels good afterwards, haha.

Looking forward to seeing your graduation outfit!

Waoooooooo fun times! Graduation definitely can be expensive, but congratulations!

Starbucks caramel macchiato… yum. I used to have quite a few of those last year but I got over coffee so stopped drinking it as much. 😛
